Natural methods of pest control you can attempt yourself
Once you have pests in your home you are going to want ways of attempting to get rid of them. One of the simplest methods is using water with sugar and soap. This has no detrimental effect on any member of your household and can be an effective trap and kill option. Pests are attracted by the sugar water and drown as they investigate.
Boric acid call also be used as a means of pest extermination in your home. It’s very effective for use with pests such as ants, cockroaches and silverfish. It poisons them and dries out their bodies. Boric acid is not as toxic as most pesticides, but it does still need to be used carefully around animals and children.
